With a robust background in the corporate world spanning over 20 years, I have successfully navigated various roles and responsibilities, from operational roles (like asset, maintenance and operations management) to leadership positions. My journey has been marked by key achievements such as [building and start-up of 2 major chemical plants, introduction and integration of robotics in operational work, digitization of a cluster of utility plants, leading, coaching and developing international and local teams...

How time consuming are these services ?
The online course takes less than 2 hours of your time to complete and the real work and learnings can be experimented with and perfected during your regular job.
The community has its meetings, but all of them will be recorded and can be looked at your own convenience. The same for all the additional information and learnings that willbe shared by myself or others.
The coaching program offers a high degree of flexibility, like various scheduling options, including short, impactful sessions that fit into their busy schedules.
But above all remember thet the limited time you invest in the online course, the community and the coaching will save you time in the long run by enhancing your efficiency and leadership skills.
Why is it so expensive ?
The online course "Intrapreneurship Unveiled" is basically a bargain as it combines several other programs in one.
The community membership comes with a package price if you combine it with the online course. On its own, you have to think about all the conferences, meetings.... you have to attend to combine all this knowledge and this group of unique people.
Coaching is always a 2-way street. The more effort you put in yourself and the more you will get out of it. And chances are, when you look back, it could be too cheap.
How sure is it, it will work for me ?
If you take the information shared in the online course, the supplemental materials offered, the exercise and go to work with it, chances it will not work for you are close to none. But like any new skill, practice makes perfect.
